2. Legal Capacity to Transact
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Monavale Blueberries Ltd & MOBW Ltd. Should Monavale Blueberries Ltd suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Monavale Blueberries Ltd & MOBW Ltd reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Monavale Blueberries Ltd & MOBW Ltd.
All prices listed on Monavale Blueberries Ltd website include GST unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
4. Currency & Billing
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars. All transactions on this website will be billed in New Zealand dollars. We do not offer subscription billing on our web store.
5. Standard Freight
Standard freight is using Post Haste couriers. Delivery is within 1-2 days (not including weekends or Public Holidays). Standard freight is for up to 15kg of products (ie 24 bottles of juice or a mixture of juice and other products). Please choose your region for the correct freight charge.

6. Payment & Security
Credit Card payments are administered through DPS New Zealand Ltd, a trusted and audited payment service provider. Monavale Blueberries Ltd or MOBW Ltd does not see or keep any credit card details, as these are all administered by DPS.
Standard freight is using Post Haste couriers. Delivery is within 1-2 days (not including weekends or Public Holidays). Standard freight is for up to 15kg of product (ie 24 bottles of juice or a mixture of juice and other products). Please choose your region for the correct freight charge. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, at the most reasonable cost. Products will be delivered to your door via Post Haste Couriers.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct and is a physical location. It is better to use a physical address rather than a PO Box as some orders may be too bulky. Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached its destination. In the event that any product arrives damaged, please keep all damaged goods and packaging, and contact us immediately. Freight costs may change from time to time, also packaging or products. In the case of this happening, you will be advised by return e-mail with the options available to you.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Our target delivery time frame is within 5 working days in New Zealand. Occasionally a product may be out of stock and if this is the case, you will be advised at the time of ordering that an additional 3-5 days will be required to fulfill the order, or provide a refund as an alternative option.
Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change and we will contact you should this arise. If you have any special delivery instructions please advise when placing your order.
8. International Freight
We do not take international orders.
If purchasing alcohol, you are confirming you are over the age of 18 years old. If you are purchasing alcohol for someone else, you are confirming that they are also over the age of 18 years of age. 11. Returns / Refund Policy
We do not accept returned products, please choose your order carefully
We do not offer any refund on orders unless
- the product is damaged or faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
- delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time frame. (We will notify the delay to the customer and provide an option for a refund)
- If we have made a mistake on the order and send you the wrong product.
When requesting a refund on entire order, your original shipping fee will be refunded also. Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial order returns.
