Seasonal Work

Seasonal roles at Monavale offer immersive, meaningful work within a dynamic organic farm environment. Whether harvesting in the fields or supporting production and hospitality, you’ll join a team committed to ethical practices and land stewardship. We welcome workers from near and far to contribute their skills and energy to the life of the orchard.

Our casual workforce typically spans orchard and packhouse roles, but there is some overlap and people will need to be prepared to pitch in where needed.

We are entering our summer management, harvest, and packing phase, and are building our team for contracts within the November-May period.

You can use the form at this link to express interest so we’ll have your details on file, and we may be in touch as required.
